Patrick and I moved into our house the summer of 2011. We spent the first six months in total "project" mode, painting this, buying that, searching for rugs... you know the drill. Then we took a big fat break, and for the last six months, we haven't done a single thing to this abode. But that's about to change big time. This spring, Patrick and I (and hopefully some really nice friends and family?) are going to build some serious sweat equity.
